I appreciate that, and I thank you. Apology accepted. My point is merely to not mention track names. I am not arguing your point of KK racing in the northwest rather than the triple crown circuit. I simply do not like the derogatory presumtive name calling of PM. No, it's not the best track out ther...

"not even going to stoop there my post had nothing to do with portland meadows in the sense that i think it's a bad track and today i'm above stooping to name calling of other members. i'm better than that. i'm quite confident in who i am and what i am and where i am in life and shitty jabs like tha...

I haven't posted for awhile, but I take much offense to this statement: "Krigger needs to go finish his career at portland meadows or something" Oh please... Not everyone can race in California or on the East Coast...While PM may not be the premier track, it is our home track, and don't wish crap on...

Countess Diana's progeny lists having 2 foals in 2002. One named Count Me In by A.P. Indy, and the other named King Heart by Atticus. I believe this is incorrect. Could someone please fix it? Thank you.

Thanks KB. She is a great full bodied big mare, and throws it into her foals. Just thought I'd mention that-perhaps you'll change your mind .

"the local yearling sale has enough life so as to allow breeders a chance at breaking even before collecting lucrative breeders awards at the end of the year."

It can't be Oregon, there is no yearling sale......have to ship yearlings to Washington for their sale.

I think yesterday was this guy's 105th start. Amazing, he is still winning at 12 years old!

How sad. Prayers to her husband and family :( . Ya just never know. Be kind to everyone. Isn't that the truth?! When your time is up, it's up. Apparently, she didn't even know what hit her....... It is a risk we all take everyday when working with our horses. I know that I have a yearling filly who...

Trainer death today at Portland Meadows

Very sad day today. Trainer Charlynn Taketa (wife of fellow trainer and retired jockey Jerry Taketa), died this morning after being kicked in the face by a loose horse. She was walking her horse over to the walker for a cool down when the incident occurred. She died at the scene after attempts to re...

I didn't know he was for sale? He is a shedder, and as long as the mares brought in, have been vaccinated, they say there is no issue. If you click on the smaller print below the small print stating he is a shedder, there is a brochure, that has good information. With that said, you would need to in...
