He is funny, Green Hills. He says that when he was a rider, the whole world wanted to sit at his dinner table. Ever since he became a jock's agent, people avoid him like the plague. LMAO! Well, I sure don't avoid him. I like him and he's worked over time a lot of our horses. His insights...aside fr...

Respect for the fans, huh? When he was riding, Angel Cordero used to wear a big diamond stud in his ear. One day at Belmont, he was walking from the jock's room to the paddock through the tunnel and someone said, "Hey, Cordero - you're a bum!" Cordero yelled back, "I have $5,000 in my ear...who are...

1. you and tuc both are missing the big picture. YOu are an owner. Tuc is a trainer. neither of you would be able to do what you love to do if it were not for fans, rather you think they are right, rather you think they are wrong, or whatever, unless owners started paying the allowence purses thems...

that it is. however you didn't finish the sentence, and the rest of the sentense is something that every other majo spot gets besides horse racing. It's busienss.... THAT AT THE END OF THE DAY DEPENDS ON FANS TO SURVIVE. I know to people in the "business" it may be scoffed at.. but you woudlnt' hav...

A question about the Storm Cat mating - Storm Cat may/may not be on active stallion duty by the time your SC foal makes it to the races (SC is no spring chicken). Let's suppose that the SC foal is the best, and the rest don't quite live up expectations - which sire would you then consider for a bre...

We took the funds and bred her to the best there is and haven't regretted it for a moment. Next year we will be racing her Unbridled's Song colt and she has given us an outstanding Giant's Causeway colt that is absolutely stunning...so I don't know whether we will keep him or see what he brings and...

We were lucky enough to be in the situation of having to make a choice for an outstanding and extremely valuable filly. (Voodoo Dancer) When we retired her we had a lot of discussion about the options and what we decided was that she didn't owe us anything, we owed her...so we kept her and she is no...
