Morgans descend from one foundation stallion, Justin Morgan.
I'm not sure how many mares he was bred to, but he must be in the pedigree for the horse to be a Morgan.

There are at least 3 different synthetic surfaces in California, and Del Mar doesn't play the same in the morning as it does in the afternoon. Dullahan likes some surfaces. He's quirky. If he likes it in the morning he may not like it in the PM.

He won't be over in the States anyway. I doubt if he would shuttle to the Southern hemisphere, too. Khalid Abdullah could care less what the fee would be down there. He could buy Australia.

Shetlands are not little trotters like standardbreds. You are thinking of Hackney ponies. The show Shetland has Hackney blood in an attempt to refine it. The original Shetland was a galloper.
