Back in on Wednesday night at Hoosier. Pretty tough bunch hopefully she can run well

Hoosier cancelled, we were in the 8th race. The track was really bad. So bad they cancelled all of them on Thursday.

Shes back in tonight at hoosier park race 4. Non winners of 2. Maybe she can go 2 in a row.

She finally broke her maiden tonight at Hoosier Park race 5. Gate to wire.

Shes in again at Indiana Downs race 10 tomorrow. Possibly a maiden breaker. with a little luck.

Maggie Slew is Slews last foal. She was graded stakes placed with earnings of just over 200,000. She is a member of the broodmare band at Swifty Farms in Indiana. I could be wrong but i think i saw somewhere that she is in foal to Unbridleds song.

Lemon Drop Kid, she is 322 in the Keeneland November sale.

Just looking at the chart how can the guaranteed purse be 500,000 and the payouts only be 454,500.
By the way my cousin is the trainer of A U Miner.

although she only beat one horse she ran a very good race.
pinched bad at the start, rushed up wide on the turn and got tired.
A good learning experience. She was good on the van ride, in the paddock and the gate.

The last horse my dad bred before he passed away makes her debut tonight at Hoosier Park race 3. Hopefully she runs well.

They have eliminated the owner award money to add to the purses. Breeder money and stallion money is still intact.
