MASTER HAND ( Bold RulerXAnnaly by Spy Song)

Does anybody have a link to a picture of this horse?
Our filly's dam is by Assert out of a Master Hand mare. We're thinking of giving her a whirl on the turf.

In my mind's eye, I can see his old Bloodhorse stallion ads (I'm dating myself!). I thought he looked a lot like Bold Ruler if that helps any.

I used to have his picture in an ancient copy of Speedhorse, he was a huge jet black horse, known around the southwest for siring several All American Futurity winners (QH). I was just hoping to find another picture.

I found a picture of Master Hand in an old Nov. 15 ,1984 SpeedHorse. It's a black and white of him running towards you.He is listed as bay ,16 hands. He seemed to have a white star between his eyes, from the pic I do not see any other markings. The add reads inquires to Jimmy Millar 817 365 2402 or J.R. Adams 405 338 7271.

He also stood at Walmac Farm in Lexington. They might have a photo of him they could email to you.

I remember him as a racehorse. He was far below the best, and only ran one really good race, the 1971 (?) Californian at Hollywood Park. He set all the pace before settling for 2nd or 3rd. He became a much better sire than he was a racehorse.
