One of my grandkids...

Postby Roguelet » Wed Mar 02, 2005 9:02 am

OK, one of my grandkids is racing on Friday... not owned or bred by me so I have NO inside info as to how he might do, but he's by our guy so I've been watching him.

His name is "Always Indy Mood" but I sort of jokingly nicknamed him "Always Indy Money" because he took so darn many seconds, thirds, and fourths that he was one of Indy's leading money earners even without a win!

He did finally get his win this past Fall and I was there to see it... big, nice looking chestnut. Anyway, enough rambling... he's in the 4th at Hawthorne on Friday. Hopefully he can add some more money to his bankroll. Fingers crossed...

Did anyone see this race? I've been knee-deep in breedings and foalings and didn't even get to see the result until just now. Not like this horse at all... anyone see what might have happened?
