This Stormin Fever x Refundable horse is said on Equineline to have raced, but I can't find any record of him in the States or anywhere else. Any help with his race record would be much appreciated.

This OBS Sales page from 2007 a mare out of Refundable - but it mentions Israel saying "Winner at 2, placed at 3, 2007 in Mexico"

Just found these - 5 programs from Mexico listing him as an entry - although this is all I found, he's had more races in between
