We're getting ready to paint stalls at Our Mims Retirement Haven, and we'd like to include the racing silk colors of the following mares on their stalls:
Iza Valentine (she is 29 years old, ran in California)
Jamra (I think she in England)
Timeless Sue
Hana Bride (ran on the west coast, not necessarily in California)
I have the info on Alabama Nana.
If we can get the owners, we have a contact at the Jockey Club who can get us the silk descriptions.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!
Cheryl
Who raced these mares?

may not be able to help on this one
I looked those up and couldn't find owner data, but did find some clues.
Jamra - purchased at Fasig Tipton-Saratoga in 1982, foal of 1981
trainer David Hoffmans for brief race career at SA in 1985, breeder Wil Farish
Iza Valentine - Cal bred with listed breeders: "Mitchell & Gilbert Wiener, Robert K." trainers Warren Stute and Joe Manzi race career entirely in California 1978/81
Timeless Sue 1979 foal, trainers Stephen L. DiMauro and Alan B. Marcus, etc. sold at Fasig Tipton (KY) Select summer sale in 1980, Breeder: J. W. Thompson & Sons
Hana Bride, 1982 foal, raced once, trainer Robert Frankel, breeder: Richard M. Harmonay, sold at July Keeneland Select Yearling Sale in 1983
Maybe you can contact Fasig Tipton and Keeneland for old records and find the purchasers that way, at least on three of these???
Hope there is a clue in there somewhere!
