Okay I'm thinking the mom and baby nuzzling needs to be made into a card or something ;) Lovely, lovely colt!

Ahhahahaahaa. He is starting to fill out now and do laps around his dam. The two of them will be leaving to KY this coming week for Officer Cherrie to be rebred. This year we have chosen Bernardini! She will be going back to Hopewell for boarding again until she is ready to breed.

And I agree clh; that pict could be a card or magazine cover. I am getting an 8x10 to frame for my barn.

I am glad - that photo should be framed!! I loved it. If my mares are ever that loving I've never seen it to catch it with a photo (HA)

Good for your mare. When does she come home?

Got any new pix of these two? Has the foal developed OK. How about the 2011 model?

NOW for the 2011 model. Officer Cherrie x Bernardini

Foaled just after 2am Feb 17. A lovely BIG filly. I am calling her Bertie for now.

You ask and you shall receive! Cherrie is doing very well and so it Bertie!
Cherrie's 2010 colt had 4 whites and white on his face. This filly... not a stitch of white!

This year Officer Cherrie is going to Tapit. http://www.gainesway.com/horses/tapit-240.html So I guess she will be heading back to Kentucky in a couple weeks.

My other race mare (Lickety Lemon) is going to Congrats. http://www.thoroughbredtimes.com/stalli ... no=5311090
