Schwank appeared to be in labor today, pacing, tail high. Arching and spreading her hind legs. All slack in the back and milk coming down.

Dug out and scrubbed a foaling stall for her and groomed her within an inch of her life.

Tonight we are on "Rocky Baby" watch, Rocking Trick's first foal. Schwank is usually three weeks late. Her "due" date was Jan 25th. Fingers crossed.
So Run for the Roses, as fast as you can.....
