Only one "points" race this weekend for the Derby hopefuls, the Sam Davis at Tampa Bay Downs. Though a small field, it is a solid group of 3YO's with top notch connections. Below find the entries and past performances. TJ

Glad to see you're back....truth is we all slowed down some as interest seemed to diminish. Yet there does seem to be interest in viewing the posts....it would be nice to read the opinions of those who pop in to read them which would really perk up the thread. TJ

Here's The Results:
Flameaway...very game win for Lezcano and Casse, holding off the favorite by a 1/4 in Stakes record time.
Catholic Boy...a decent 2nd from his outside position.
Vino Rosso...another length back in 3rd
Hollywood Star...far back 4th.

PS. Vouch was scratched

I kept looking at Flameaway and didn’t throw him in there. Oops.
I think Vino Rossi is the one to watch off this.
Hollywood Star is just not quick enough.
