The Criterium was just won by Dabirsim and in what way, Frankie had great luck, making his way on the rails, what a horse!

Parlo, you were slightly disappointed after the Leger went abroad, but now Germany won the Arc again since 1975 (Star Appeal) with Danedream, the daughter of stallion Lomitas!!

Congrats!!!

I watched the race early this morning on TVG, what a dominant performance by the fillies in the race. The german filly was just awesome.
Has her pedigree been entered in the PQ data base? I couldn't find her.

Well, this is more than heaven - after all those bitter disappointments of German based horses in the Arc during the foregone 35 years!

Danedream made 2 astonishing performances at Berlin (won by 5 lengths) and Baden-Baden (won by 6 lengths). So on the strength of these performances she has had a realistic chance to be "in the money-rangs".

And now she won a good class Arc by another 5 lengths after being supplemented on Thursday. Mr Yoshida bought a half-share in her during the recent week - well done!

Danedream was the fastest ever so far: 2:24,49 min for 2,400 m is record-time for the Arc and probably for the track as well!

Take notice of Djumama in the 8th race ("Opera"). She has some class and on a day like this she could be among the first 3-4 places as well.
