A forum member suggested the creation of this forum, since the current economic issues have created severe hardships for so many people, and there has been a resulting increase in horses (and people) who really need assistance.
This forum should be used to share information and should also be a place where people can come to ask for, and to offer, assistance. I certainly hope that you all can appreciate the need for a forum such as this, and I also hope that you all can understand that people will NOT ask for help if they fear being harassed.
Therefore, I'd like to see a warm, open atmosphere here that enables assistance for those that truly need it. Let's use this forum to do something positive.
