I've been printing out a lot of past performances lately (I find they're great for learning who's who in the biz as well as handicapping, getting ideas on purses, regional sires, etc) and I've sometimes compared the info equibase has on the runners to the info in this forum. Most of the time the info here is sadly out of date or incomplete.
Obviously we can't expect every record to be maintained by one superman, but how about if we all try periodically to update random horses from past performance sheets we we get them? Even 2-3 would help, from time to time.
One poor gelding showed up here as having 11 starts and he's really had 83!!!
