x factor functioning?

Every time I try to use the x factor It kicks me back to the main web page, without any horse name in the blank. I'm sure it must be something on my computer, otherwise others would be complaining. All of the other aspects of my account seem to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It looks fine from my end....one thing you can try, if you are a subscriber, try logging out and then logging in again.
