My 2 new mares for 2010.

Postby Jenny » Sat Dec 05, 2009 8:19 am

I did not know where to put this. Obviously they are both going to Judiths Wild Rush for 2010. Specifically for the sales market. I have only ever bred my own race mares who were good runners but unfortunately lacking in page.

Classiest Carat by Pleasant Colony out of Halo Dancer
Half sister to a few stakes winners, and has a young family. She has already produced Seeking the Carat 326K and Impossible Time 121K, and has a few up and comers, including a 2007 filly by Perfect Soul who can hopefully do something before we get to the sale.

Lovely Keri by Eastern Echo out of Imagining. She is a half Sister to SERENA'S SONG Has produced some winners but nothing really spectacular to date. But I am pretty happy to have a sister Serena in my barn! :D

Hi Jenny,

I looked at Serena's Song and she did nicely with Mr Propector. Maybe a stallion out of that line in future?

BTW Judiths Wild Rush looks a strong type.

Lots of success with them!

Congratulations and good luck. A half to Serena's Song is a great beginning....
