Pop the Latch

Postby Sylvie Hebert » Mon Mar 11, 2013 10:47 pm

I honestly think that she should be bred for QH racing. Now that I am retired and only have a couple horses I will bred her for QH racing. Anyway just want to state my reasonning so you guys can be critics.
1: she is by a producer of speedballs: Swiss Yodeler
2: she was a very quick horse all the way to the last year she ran
3: 89 starts 16 firsts 13 seconds and 13 thirds not too shabby and a resilient and sound horse
4:not a bad looking one either, sweet tempered and no vices.
5:female family?her dam has a stake race named after her...
6:I am crazy(but you already know that)and she is mine
So to make it short, I need a safe and respectful farm to foal her (within weeks) and experienced in insemination...

Sylvie,

PM'd you a nice place in CA to board a mare, if the mare foals in CA and is bred back to a CA stud the foal can be CAL BRED registered.

Sylvie,

Congratulations on getting such a nice mare! Looks like she's one of those mares who ran her heart out, gave it her all; 89 starts and in the money 41 times. I bet she's a real looker too, those Damascus horses usually are.

Here's my favorite hypo mating to a breeders cup nominated thoroughbred at a steal of a stud fee, great nicking pattern, I bet the foal would be a superior one.

thanks for the help,I was trying to get her more east and was seriously thinking of a QH stud since the market is better and she is a speed horse. But you are giving me some material to think...I like the linebreeding to Damascus,I always noticed that these sound and fast horses seem to have him close up.

so it is settled she is going to Alphabet Soup.He really is all we want,a sound fast horse producer of sound fast horses, with superior conformation and NOT oversized. And as a bonus he is not too far from us and reasonable fee. What more can we ask for?
