MARES FOR STALLION BY DEPUTY MINISTER

Postby Belica » Mon May 20, 2013 10:07 am

There is a stallion here in Uruguay (southern hemisphere) by Deputy Minister which I like a lot, it's name is ESSAYONS and has some good progeny here.
I need some ideas, I have the following mares in study to breed with him:
PURE SPRING (Pure Prize)
POTRIKY (Sky Classic)
BEST VIEW (Slew Gin Fizz)
NORTHERN SPRING (Cipayo)
I'd love to have your comments!!!

Essayons comes from the Reply female family. Over the last several generations, its best and most consistently good horses have come from the Storm Cat line.

Because of that, the Pure Prize mare makes the best pedigree sense.

I have a mare from the Deputy Minister sire line. My admittedly small contribution is that I have never seen inbreeding to Deputy Minister work. So if any of those mares have any DM in them anywhere, I would run in the other direction.
