What a way to start the New Year!!! C C's Pal just won the Ladies Handicap at Aqueduct, in a very dominant performance.
Congratulations, and my best wishes for more successes to come.
Happy New Year to all of her connections, specially to you, Mr. Mikec.

You'll appreciate this Georgez ! Other than on the Facebook page for Alex's Pal I haven't really played with the numbers (as much as others) so forgive me while I indulge in a bit of shameful self gratification. As per statistics published by equineline.com on 1/2/12 Alex's Pal has the following : 61% starters / foals of racing age ; 80% lifetime winners / starters ; 49% winners / foals of racing age ; 4% Stakes winners / starters ; 2% stakes winners / foals of racing age ; AEI of 1.17 ; CI of .97 ; 39% 2 yr. old winners / starters ; Avg. earnings / starter in excess of $41K for a $1500 stud fee ; 2 Stakes winners of 5 Stakes races in 2011 from 6 furlongs to 1 & 1/8th. mile ; 2 multiple Graded Stakes placed in 2011 ; 1 multiple stakes placed in Jamaica. From only 51 foals to race lifetime - just imagine.

Another galant effort by CC's Pal in the Barbra Fritchie Hcp. Came in third after looking like the winner most of the stretch. Had to give a lot of ground by being really wide in the final turn. Congratulations, and what a joy to watch.

C C's Pal just came in second in the GII Distaff at Acqueduct, to It's Tricky, a GI winner. She is getting better and better. Congratulations to her connections.

C C's pal was a good third today in the Bed O' Roses at Belmont Park. She was the highwighted and favorite, and keeps earning a check in each of her starts. Congratulations to her connections.

There is a real nice article about CC's Pal in the Bloodhorse, regarding her next race at Saratoga.

C.C. just won again, what a gutsy run it was, very fast pace set up her late run. Congrats on a fine, determined GR2 win.
