Temple City
Anyone else happy to see Temple City so far up the list of first crop sires? I loved Dynaformer and with the death of Purim, was becoming despondent that his line might not be carried on. Now at least there might be a chance.....
Re: Temple City
I'm ecstatic that he is doing well. Very much on board with you that this line continue. With Temple City, Point Of Entry, and Brilliant Speed, surely there could be one or even all three having a chance to help Dynaformer become a major sire line. Hoping!!!!!

Re: Temple City
Hi there Hpkingr, good luck with your filly. Hope she sells great for you and I think people are receiving temple city really well right now.
Re: Temple City
Will be watching your filly, Pat. Hope she does well. BM sire? We got him at the bargain price of 4.5k during the Keeneland yearling sale when they offered a reduced fee......just about a month ago. How he's up to 12.5k, based on his recent success.
Re: Temple City
Best of luck with your filly!! And happy for you Pat, about the jump in TC's fee since I think you own a share?

Re: Temple City
Yes, hpking, good luck and let us know how it goes.
Re: Temple City
Filly did not sell very well. She is a huge 16+ hand girl that looks like she will not run early. In addition she managed to pop splints which always gives a buyer a reason to discount. That being said I like who bought her and know she will be given a chance. Lets see what happens in the next two years.

Re: Temple City
So sorry to hear about your filly's sale. I imagine you would have needed the price doubled to come out whole.

Re: Temple City
just called to see if I could get a season to Temple City for my young maiden mare and was told the book is closed. Rats! Fee went up to $12,500 and he's full.
Re: Temple City
I would imagine there will be seasons available from shareholders. TC was offered through the Share the Upside program and there are likely to be enough shareholders by now that will be able to sell a season privately.
