Danza retired to Spendthrift

Very lightly raced. I am never keen on the Pletcher horses that peak in spring and then kind of disappear (or are gimped from the TC trail). Hard to know how good he really was, I am seeing people say he was best of the crop...I find that silly off of a MSW and an Arkansas Derby win (and the same crop as Shared Belief, California Chrome, Tonalist, etc.). And that would be rather hard to prove considering he never raced past the Derby.
Anyhow, he was athletic enough and ran a good race in the Derby. Thoughts on that pedigree? He has some interesting names in his pedigree.

I see some nice stamina throughout the pedigree - like that

Run the race - the one that's really worth winning.
