Nice looking sabino flaxen colt at an Australian auction.

Postby Jorge » Sun Jan 30, 2005 9:09 am

Recently I came across this nice looking sabino flaxen colt (Lot #378). He is an Australian chestnut colt foaled on October 15, 2003. He is by King Charlemagne (1998), out of Regal For Me (1982), by Gielgud (1978).

His picture can be seen at:

Enjoy!

Hi Jorge,
I saw a few at Barrett's the other day that were sabino suspects. Richmore 1989 ch m by Mt Livermore out of Refining (Prince John). She had medium height socks and wide blaze with an ermine spot on her face.
Madraar had a few yearlings with tall stockings and blaze faces. The only one I wrote a note on was out of Madame Beluga (Silver Hawk).

Dear Diane,

Thank you so much for the valuable watch. I really appreciate it. I also posted this message at the intended place, that is, the regular message board but, the posting ended here. Thank you very much. Blessings.

Dear Diane,

Can you please identify the gray mare and the sabino-marked foal standing alongside her that appears in the picture below your message here? Wow, nice looking phenotype. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Sorry Jorge,
That's my Dutch Warmblood/Arab cross gelding with his mom at 5 days old. Interesting though as his Dutch sire has Abgar as his 2nd sire tail male. :)
