Barretts May Sale

I went to the preview yesterday and watched the DVD of the Friday preview last night. Then I walked around most of the afternoon checking some out. There are some nice horses for sale this time around. In light of the Keeneland sale, it will be interesting to see how they sell.

I was excited to see how hip 4 did, he is an out, he had a heck of a hip on him at the yearling sale and was VERY full of himself. To bad.
I am also interested in hip 209 to see how he sells. I remember him being a big, heavy-boned goofball with the nickname "Joker".

I've got about 20 hips marked in the catalogue. It looks like there should be some really nice offerings. I hope we see a bit of a resurgance after the Keeneland debacle in April.
