Has anyone had any experience with this product. Am thinking of trying it for OTTB that won't eat?
That should take care of the front end of the gut but does nothing for the large intestine. I've read that brewers yeast helps with hind gut ulcers but the trick is to get them to eat it..
Might want to try Kombat Boots and see if it helps. Also, I believe panacur in suspension helps with front end ulcers as well as round worms.
By the way, I believe ulcerguard is nothing but Omeprozole which cost about 1/3 what you are spending on the generic.

Soak the feed in Guinness Stout two or three times a week. A twelve pack is about $20, I think. (Personally, I'm a Coors drinker.) The horses love the taste and it insures the brewers yeast gets into the system. If you think about it, Griff, you could have a paddock social and invite your friends and their horses.
