Will appreciate your thoughts on using cod liver oil vs fish oil, especially for stalled horses

mixed bag. Omega 3-6-9 very effective inflamation reducers in combo. athiritis relief! collagen builders, among other things. on other hand, some evidence that you avoid excessive Omega 3s with athletes. Omega 3s soften membranes surrounding the muscle cells making muscles less hard--and explosive--(some research on that). Jewish athletes (fish) vs. African athletes (antelope). Additionally, might be that horses get all Omega 3 necessary from soybeans. unknown about the latter.
