Absolutely fascinating video footage and an excellent documentary. 47 minutes long, not for the faint of heart - it pretty well shows everything on a dissection

What I found so interesting was the "stress test" they put the tendons through afterwards to show the impact the tendons and ligaments absorbed at racing speed when that foot hit the ground. I am assuming the same concussive force would be at play in jumping with 1200-1500 lbs hitting the ground off a 5-6 foot jump
