To All: Some horses seem to blossom quickly as 3 year olds. One of these I noticed in pool number 3 is War Academy. He hasn't done much in stakes yet but ran a real sizzler at 8.5 furlongs in an Allowance field at SA. He got a 98 Beyer for that effort and it sure is interesting.
War Academy has 4X4X5 inbreeding to the great Secretariat and has the superior broodmare sire, AP Indy. His next start is scheduled to be the Arkansas Derby. If he wins or runs second in that race he just might try a run in the Derby. Lookout! He could be something down the road.
