Wasn't much of a race horse, is still a stallion, and very recently showed up on the Myrtle Beach, SC Craigslist.

I don't often see a pedigree of a horse foaled in the last ten years without any Northern Dancer, Mr. Prospector or In Reality.

He's got Nijinski in the 5th generation. So not completely free of Northern Dancer. But only a trace.

This horse won the Gran Derby de Colombia, and was an important sire in that country:

If really recent isn't a requirement

How about this guy?

If you look at the tail female on
http://www.pedigreequery.com/don+rodrigo+de+vivar
there is even more inbreeding in the back. Sheen's dam is Durbar x Banshee.

Since we're doing "oldies", here's the guy who has the record for the most wins: Kingston.
http://www.pedigreequery.com/kingston2

He won 89 races and was out of the money only 4 times. After racing for 9 straight years, he went on to become a 2 time leading sire!!!

She's actually got even more inbreeding as you get further back. Most of her lines go back to Three Bars TB, Top Deck TB, and Leo. 21 of her 32 fifth generation ancestors have at least one cross to one of these stallions, and some of them have crosses to all of them like Gallant Jet and Rose Bug.

That also doesn't include her "minor" inbreeding to Vandy, Jack McCue, Joe Blair TB.

And there are some who complain about inbreeding in TBs!!! ROTFLMAO.
