Hopefully I shall finish of this post in one go any whey I shall start this post by giving some data that might ease your outlook complexity wise on the data that I have given so far without giving away more of the fine details or suppose the reasons that enabled me to make sense of all of this.
You see knowing what I knew I had to find the thoroughbred similar evolutionary equivalents of actually not only Monalee Champion but also three other parental grandsons of Hi There namely Spectre http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?i=218720 ,The Grand Silver http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?z=wNuWn ... &x=31&y=11 who both like Monalee Champion had Champion Prince as their maternal great grandsire, we also had Newdown Heather http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?z=wNuWn ... &x=25&y=10 who did not have Champion Prince as his parental great grandsire.
You can see from their pedigrees that a greyhound called Mad Tanist is the sire of the mother of Crazy Parachute while Mad Tanist’s son The Grand Champion is the sire of the mothers of both Prairie Flash and Pigalle Wonder two half brothers.
Also The Grand Champion is the sire of the mothers of Newdown Heather and The Grand Prince while Mad Tanist’s other influential son Sandown Champion is the sire of the mother of Solar Prince.
So as I have written without giving away any of my secrets I shall simply write that I claim that I was able to work out that several parental sire line descendants of the racehorse Turn-To were the thoroughbred versions of Mad Tanist and his two influential sons The Grand Champion and Sandown Champion.
Now Galileo was the only sire with the all important results on the ground that had Northern Dancer and Mr Prospector in the correct positions in his pedigree and I would have had to assume before I had looked at the pedigree of Miswaki that the sire of his mother Hopespringeternal would also have to be a parental sire line descendant of Turn-To.
Considering after everything had been played out and knowing that Galileo was the only sire with the all important results on the ground who had Northern Dancer and Mr Prospector in the correct positions in his pedigree and finding out that the sire of Hopespringseternal who was called Buckpasser was not a parental sire line descendant of Turn-To I then had to assume that thoroughbred evolution was up to its old tricks again of implementing the same evolutionary manoeuvres as racing greyhound evolution in a slightly different way.
Now as far as I was concerned Machiavellian and Smart Strike had to be thought of as the thoroughbred similar evolutionary equivalents of Pigalle Wonder, The Grand Prince and Solar Prince.
So as Machiavellian was already the sire of the dams of Shamardal and Dark Angel I had to assume that he was the thoroughbred similar evolutionary equivalent of both Pigalle Wonder and The Grand Prince and for all I knew also the thoroughbred similar evolutionary equivalent of Solar Prince as well.
I had to assume that Machiavellian had to be included someway in the pedigrees of future influential parental sire line sons of Northern Dancer and he had to be included in a way that I could come to terms with, because of the exploits of Sea the Stars in 2009 I focused more intensely on his pedigree and from his pedigree I gleaned a clue as to the possible way this animal might be produced.
Let’s have a look again at the pedigree of Sea the Stars http://www.pedigreequery.com/sea+the+stars now I knew that Sea the Stars had to be the thoroughbred version of a greyhound called Monalee Pride or one of his brothers all sired by a greyhound called Prairie flash http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?z=wNuWn ... &x=31&y=15 Sheila at Last the mother of Monalee Champion and Monalee Pride was actually bred to Prairie Flash on three occasions each time producing top class performing and producing greyhounds.
Now Sea the Stars parental grandsire Green Desert had Sir Ivor a parental sire line descendant of Turn-To as his maternal grandsire this corresponded with Sadlers Wells from thoroughbred evolution and Prairie Flash from racing greyhound evolution.
So in actually fact if thoroughbred evolution had of implemented the relevant evolutionary manoeuvres in the same way as racing greyhound evolution then I claim that Green Desert should have been not only a son of Northern Dancer but also the sire of Sea the Stars and Northern Dancer and Mr Prospector would have then occupied the exact same two positions in that pedigree of Sea the Stars that they occupy in the pedigree of Galileo.
All of this has most likely an impact also into the way thoroughbred evolution has implemented the same evolutionary manoeuvres as racing greyhound evolution relating to the Mr Prospector sire line.
For instance the year 1978 in racing greyhound similar evolution equates to the year 2023 in thoroughbred similar evolution remember that’s 5 years into the future as its 14th of January 2018 as I write this.
I can see from my notes in 1978 that 51 sires produced 98 individual winners of feature events over a certain value 33 parental sire line descendants of Hi There produced 71 individual winners 10 parental sire line descendants of Champion Prince produced 14 individual winners and 13 individual winners had neither the names of Hi There nor Champion Prince on their parental sire lines.
Let’s have a look at the pedigrees of the 10 parental sire line descendants of Champion Prince who produced those 14 individual winners of feature events over a certain value.
CLASHING (3 winners) http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?0=dummy ... 540&_gat=1

WESTMEAD LANE (1 winner) http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?d=westm ... &x=29&y=14
ITAMILLER http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?d=westm ... &x=29&y=14
WESTMEAD COUNTY (1 winner) brother of Westmead Lane from a later litter.
CAIRNVILLE JET (1 winner) http://www.greyhound-data.com/d?i=34935

Now in 2016 we had 56 sires producing 133 individual winners of feature events over a certain value 10 parental sire line descendants of Hi There produced 33 individual winners and 35 parental sire line descendants of Champion Prince produced 72 individual winners so the other 28 individual winners had neither the names of Hi There nor Champion Prince on their parental sire lines.

So as there is no Hi There blood on the maternal sire lines of Eaglehawk Star, New Tears, Pretty Short, Ginger, Tangaloa, Temlee, Tivoli Chief, Tivoli Dreamer, Pigalle Wonder, Silver Hope and his brother Yanka Boy, Always Proud their sire Clonalvy Pride and his sire Solar Prince I had to assume that thoroughbred evolution would follow suit.
You can see that a lot has changed from 1978 to 2016 in racing greyhound evolution the parental sire line descendants of Champion Prince that had the name of Solar Prince on their parental sire lines and who were also the BEES KNEES back in 1978 are nowhere to be seen, I would imagine something similar will happen in thoroughbred similar evolution.
Now in 2016 the leading 100 most successful sires produced 510 individual winners of either Listed Stakes or Group races in Europe that year 62 parental sire line descendants of Northern Dancer produced 354 of those individual winners, 20 parental sire line descendants of Mr Prospector produced 92 of those individual winners and 3 sires that had neither the names of Northern Dancer nor Mr Prospector on their parental sire lines and they produced the other 64 individual winners of either Listed Stakes or Group Races.
Remember 2016 in thoroughbred similar evolutionary terms is equivalent to about 1974 or 1975 in racing greyhound similar evolutionary terms; now let’s have a look at the pedigrees of those 20 parental sire line descendants of Mr Prospector.

So there we have the 20 parental sire line descendants of Mr Prospector that produced 92 individual winners of either Listed Stakes or Group Races in 2016, remember I wrote lot a lot had change from 1978 up to 2016 in racing greyhound similar evolution and no doubt a lot will change from 2016 up to 3003 which I claim is the equivalent year in thoroughbred similar evolutionary terms.
Also I have written that several influential parental sire line grandsons of Mr Prospector had Northern Dancer blood on their maternal sire lines, no corresponding thing happened as I cannot recall with the racing greyhounds there were no influential parental greyhound sire grandsons of Champion Prince that had Hi There on their maternal sire line as well.
So by producing all of these successful parental sire line grandsons of Mr Prospector with Northern Dancer on their parental sire lines thoroughbred evolution was no doubt following suit to its actions involving the parental sire line descendants of Northern Dancer by implementing proceedings for the Mr Prospector sire line in a slightly different way to the way that it was implemented by racing greyhound evolution for the Champion prince sire line.
Looks like I shall have to finish this off with another post PHEW!
