Can anyone help me locate this owner trainer named Melinda Sanders. I know she sometimes has horses at Mountaineer Race Track in WV. She once owned/trained/raced a horse I currently own, and I need info on this horse.
The mares name is Lauras Summer (1992) |

hey polomom, you can check the daily racing form to see if she would be running horses at mountianeer, or start a stable watch account through drf, that will let you know by email whenever she would have a horse in, and where.
You can then google the track phone number, ask for the racing office or main stable gate. Tell them you want to leave a message to have her call you back. They will page her and give her the note.
A lot of trainers really like when their "horses" get back in touch with them. Kind of gives them peace of mind. I have had trainers even send me win photos/videos of that horse when it was still racing.
Just call after 10am when morning training is done. Most trainers head to the racing office to make entries then.
Where in Central MA do you live? I used to live north of Boston in Haverhill. There are a few other folks on the board from MA!
