The technical support staff found a corrupt file yesterday and repaired it; then they were able to add horses that they previously had been unable to add. Is this still causing a problem for anyone? Are there any other issues still going on?

Did someone change the way the hypo-matings display?

I just put in a hypomating (Mountain Top (by Trapp Mountain) x Jiggsie (by Stephen Got Even) & it automatically displays all the information & picture - you can't see a 5 generation pedigree for all the extra information (that I like, but not like this!)

The hypo-mating thing should be fixed now... let me know if there are still problems. Thanks, Technical Support! Smile

The problem is with any horse I've tried......You can pass along "diamondham" as an example if you'd like, Heck, even try Secretariat, it defults to the main page. I did however try a "generic" name, like Diamond, and if multiple choices come up and you click on one, the x-factor is working.

i do know that in the past, Diamondham showed the x-factor lines......

Thanks!

Johanna

Ah-HA! OK, got it... so it works if you have to pick the name from a list, but not if it's a single-entry name. I have passed that along, hopefully they'll get it rectified soon. Thank you for the examples! Smile

Pan Z: I just noticed you had already explained this... how I missed it, I have no idea! Embarassed

It's got to be browser or settings related. Lucy said it works fine for her & I've since tried it on another computer running a more recent version of IE & it worked fine.

Odd... I'm running Google Chrome and it's messed up for me. Maybe I should switch back to IE. Laughing

Anyone who is having problems with the X-factor feature, please see this thread in the technical forum and post your system details there:
