Those that have histories of being in jail will disappear but those with job history will hold on until the dust settles. Showing a work history, current job and that they've paid taxes through a legal spouse are markers that hopefully will arise in the new reform guidelines. When Arizona started getting tough on immigration Lake Havasu's illegal immigrant landscape noticeably changed. It happened too late to stop the drug trade that had been introduced.
