I have had several complaints from different people about different aspects of this thread. I have moved it to another area where it can not be viewed by the public until I can go through it and address the multiple issues. The thread has NOT been deleted, and the helpful information in the thread will be returned as soon as I can get it all sorted out, UNLESS the OP wants to just start a new thread instead.
