Is there anyway to monitor when and where Louisiana bred horses are entered in races outside of Louisiana. The one site that I found ( L.T.B.A. ) runs a week behind on the entries.

Not exactly sure what you are asking but perhaps you know you can follow any horse with the drf.com horse watch feature.

they do not run a week behind. Today is Thursday and they have the entries up for Thursday and Friday. The other 5 days are behind. They only give you todays entries and a day ahead of entries. So if you wanted Monday July 9th entries you would have to wait till Sunday July 8th to see them

Do you have a specific LABRED in mind or just looking to see what is running?/
Also, is there an advantage in claiming a LABRED outside of LA?

I don't think there is any filter for what you are asking. Perhaps Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Assoc. has something. The only thing I can think of is put your Louisiana Breds in your Stable Mail which would be a very tedious task..
