Lei Diavalo, in MCL25K, 6.5f on the dirt. Our only dirt horse!
We can't be there, so that's usually a harbinger of good things....I hope.
Go cheer her on if you're in the area. |

One and Only You just missed, getting nosed out of second in a heat that set a new track record, but the big girl, Outdone, came through again for us: her 7th win, yesterday! So we went 2nd, 3rd, 1st on consecutive days!
We have our other filly, Centerofattraction back tomorrow at Delaware.
NW2 life, mile and 16 on the lawn. Tough heat. We'll see. Thanks for asking BenB. How's your filly? |

Tkanks for asking. Great results for you and by your horses
After an complete check-up by a belgian vet a fortnight ago, bloodsamples renowed taken
we found she,s suffering a very bad lack of selenium, caused by the stress
from her hauling and racing in North of gemany.
Selenium is beiing broke down because of stress, or very serious discomfort.
We,ll starting with treatment so she might come back into her normal position but we, have to keep our fingers crossed. As long as don,t ask something from her, she is dooiing great enjoys R and R.
It will take approx 6 weeks before everything is tuned. Than we might do a complete new start procedure in order looking for not bleeding again.
Next time bleeding will be the definite end from her race career |

Selenium? So can you give her supplements? Are there natural sources for her to take to help cope with the stress of shipping and make up the selenium loss?
Today, our filly, Centerofattraction, ran very evenly (never fired) to finish beating only two horses in her heat. She was vetted afterward, and was clean as a whistle. She obviously did not care for the FIRM turf course at all. Hope we can bring her back shortly on a better surface. |

Yeah we are able to give her natural supplements.
But investigation from the bloodsamples goes on for the exchange rate between omega 3 and omega 6.
As there needs to be in % a rate between those two, but more important they are responsible for the working of the cell membramen,
so leaving blood through a cap in the cells or closing the gap in the cells.
When the pressure from the blood is to high because of stress, the system is malfunctioning. The heartbeat is gooiing tremendeously up because of stress, so will the bloodpressure.
Just like a hydraulic cylinder with a hole in it. all the oil leaves out, making a mess. |
