The family has survived into the 21st century and has produced a number of high class horses
3rd dam of top class racehorse Sir William, winner between 1819 and 1823; of Muckle John, winner of top class races in 1822 and 1823; 4th dam of Little Billy, winner of 13 of his 16 races as a 3yo and 4yo in 1812 and 1813, from 1 mile heats to 4 mile heats, in Virginia, the Carolinas and Georgia;
and of the outstanding racehorse Henry, which on 27 May 1823 was the South's representative in the great $20,000 North v South match, but was beaten by American Eclipse (con 8lbs) - (1st heat - Henry by 1/2 length, record time 7:37; 2nd heat - Eclipse by 30 feet, Henry being eased; 3rd heat - Eclipse by 3 lengths); Henry was also a fairly successful stallion
