Re: I'm finally a part owner

Haven't posted much here recently, but thought a few folks might like to know that I have purchased a 2% share of three well-bred 2YO's, all of whom, if all goes well, are headed for Saratoga. I am psyched and scared. My goal is to have success so I can invest more money and maybe be a full ...

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Did you pick up some malware or something? This morning after going to the PQ home page and logging in to the message board, I "clicked" on the discussion I wanted to read and was directed to a survey page (a 3rd party site) and asked several very specific PQ...

I'd be more worried about what kind of horsemen they are rather than their spelling ability. However, that being said, the website is quite embarassing!

It contains capsaicin which is a pain reliever.

I think it's awesome. He probably never gave any of his injuries the 99% recommended time to heal before he retired from riding. He knows what it takes and if he says he's fit and ready I believe him. He probably found out that training, as well as other things he's tried, were harder than he antic...

Brogan that attitude is what has gotten us into this mess in the first place. They broke the rules and got caught. Yes, they got caught and were disciplined by the appropriate state racing commission. Deservedly so. My point is that the Jockey Club has jumped in with a basically meaningless penalty...

Check with Mike Farro and/or Scooter Dickey. They each have a horse in Friday at Penn that look like they are based at Monmouth.

Remember...the best trainers and the best owners are the ones that are willing to give their horses TIME when they need it. This is especially important with young horses. I agree with the previous post about pin firing...its just a forced lay up period in almost all cases, as far as I'm concerned. ...

Just take a deep breath and relax. This is a common occurence in a younger horse.

Topicals and rest and she'll be fine.

I always try to tell people that its a game of setbacks. How well you manage each one determines the final outcome.

Good luck.
