It will be interesting to see what the court determines to be the final restitution amount in Trupia's hearing scheduled for next Wednesday, December 10.

It seems that preliminary figures indicate that Trupia owes over $60,000.00.

She may be responsible for the expenses, but if she doesn't have the money than she can't pay it. My guess is since her mom owns the farm, she will be filing bankruptcy shortly and POOF all of her problems will go away. That raises an interesting hypothetical: can a person file for bankruptcy twice?
