I have that race on VCR tape somewhere. It was hysterical. It was well known that Broad Brush was tough to ride. He couldnt make the lead early because he'd pull himself up. Well, in the Pa. Id go with the claimer too. With the other, you only get 5% of the money made, which even if the horse wins, will be minimal, especially after 2 years of expenses. With the claimer, he's running next week. Pass.

Im with Madelyn. If you take generations 4-5-6 of the best stakes horses in the world and the cheapest claimers at Charlestown, you won't be able to tell the difference between them.

There have been a lot of tb stallions that are homozygous bay, which means they can not produce a chestnut. Something to do with the bay gene being dominant over chestnut. BB as opposed to being Bb.
