Re: TTA 2YOs Sale Commences Monday!!

I just got done reading an article about hip 160. A Quality Road filly, I was very into the article and I understand one of the connections that bred her is no longer with us. I found myself feeling for these people up until the revelation that the the dam of 160 had passed in 2019, and that her las...

Re: How do you decide?

If you can bring into the mating 3x or 4x a lineage that reverts to a great horse in the pedigree than you will often times find success. For example I recently commented to a forum that Winx should be bred to Sharmadal, for he is out of a full sister to Street Cry, the likeliness of that producing ...

So I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for but I feel that the stallion lint that is standing in Canada for $1,800. Frost looks very very good he's out of AP Indy sire line also the stallions second dam is the great Bayoka. He is almost a steal for the price.

Re: What's YOUR secret stallion selection criteria?

I will use pedigree and ability when I make my choice. I know some horses just do not get to show their full potential. I do not think I can eliminate a horse because of human error. Pedigree will also guide me, there are so many stallions outside Kentucky that offer tremendous value, I probably wil...

Re: Justify Sidelined--Now Retired

Very unfortunate that the horses that get people excited are so quickly carted off.. That's what was so good about the people that use to breed just to race, they kept their horses in competition because they valued the sport, their horse and wanted him or her to race. Breeding as a business is part...

Broodmare to be. How 5k can be 1000000

I was very intrigued and thought that I would share some information on a horse that I am considering for purchase. I wrote some of this myself and some is the opinion of a very wise handicapper that does not even own a horse. You may call me crazy, but the reality is I support this and I am going t...

Re: Leslie's Lady Does it Again

What's even more amazing is that this amazing mare was literally almost free of charge to the people involved in her life. By that, her dam was bought out of a 5k claimer where she placed 7th. Nobody mentions that about Crystal Lady. I have realized there are so many horses available for next to not...
