Why do we allow trainers who are caught time and time again cheating, giving them 6 month bans, 1 year bans, and they still have full barns? Why do we give them Eclipse Awards, honor them at banquets, and allow them to keep their licenses...

Well I'm going back to the original post, is there anything to be gained by running a horse back in 4 days, when it ran 11th, and then 5th 4 days later?
