Thank you everyone for your help. Jasmine is only 7 years old, so the C stands for 1999. I suppose I will try the Jockey Club. Good to know that they will only charge me if a match is found.

I am looking for any information that someone may have for a Thoroughbred mare by the name of Midnight Jasmine. From what I understand, she was raced at Philadelphia Park. The only info I have is her name and a tattoo that I believe to be C14438 or C14433. It's hard to tell if the last number is a 3...
