Any reason why this great horse not in Bold Letters in the database?

Someone is posting the 2019 results of the Breeders Cup Classic and the Juvenile in the Stakes Race section in the database query. I am posting this on Thursday Oct 31 2019, and these two races have yet to be run!

What is the status on Family numbers ?

I noticed that when a new horse is added to the database, there is no entry area for "family number". Is this automatically entered by the system? I saw this on the female tail line for Secretariat. Somethingroyal, Imperatrice, Cinquepace, Assignation, Cinq A Sept are noted as a "reines de course mare". What is a "reines de course mare" ?
