I suggest hitting the website http://fasigtipton.com/ Review the results that match what you are looking for. Is it a volume outfit that sells lots of horses, a more selective one?.....It really depends on your comfort level as it sounds like you are far way. I've talked to many, have one that I LOV...

I could honestly give or take her winning......

If she wins GREAT - then I have to hear all about how she should have been HOTY in 2009 too and the other filly was a chump.

If she loses and say Blame or QR win it and get HOTY - then I have to hear about how the best mare ever never won HOTY.

Take them to a NICE track or big event and GAMBLE with them. I took my 4 year old son to the Preakness (big event - not so nice track)this year - he picked horses by name. He Picked Strike a Deal and won $8.40 (stupid dad bet to show instead of win :D )- GAME OVER!!! After dancing to the window - he...

This is why I find myself rooting for Mike Smith to get Zenyatta beat. Zenyatta is awesome. Her "fans" need to take the "blinkers off" - I'm borrowing that from TJ. 2009 is over, let's move on to 2010 where she's absolutely odds-on to be HOY and maybe Jerry Moss won't be such a sore loser at the awa...

Re: What is pletcher thinking?
Todd pletcher is now considering running the filly devil may care in the derby. Has he gotten so caught up in winning the derby that he'd put a filly that has raced 5 times with 3 wins in the second hardest race with 19 boys. Who has she beaten? She won the frizette but ...

How fast "on the clock" does the horse have to be when he is winning by daylight?
That just shows what he is beating.
First a caveat - I'm no Pletcher fan and I will most likely be betting with the 0-24 trend and against Eskendereya...

AGAIN - NEVER met a cosignor that wouldn't show me a horse or acted upset at taking one out. I've been ignored at busy consignments (most likely I lost patience and left). I'll agree to disagree - but at any moment that "tire kicker" could turn into a buyer (as I eventuallydid) - maybe not at that s...
If you have no intention on buying any horses and you are only going to observe, don't ask a consignor to pull their horses out for you to look at. Tire Kickers are abhorred at the sales, especially when they want to look at the most popular horses. These horses h...

My wife and I used a play on our respective under-graduate alma maters . Hence: R.U. A Friar Farm (bonus points if you can come up with the two colleges :D ) Personal. yes but I guess I never thought about selling the place with the farm name. Just an idea about reaching back in your past for a name.

Philly Park Owner License

Does anyone know what the minimum percentage of a horse you have to own at Philly Park in order to NEED an owners' license. It's probably in the condition book (but not the one on-lin) and I'm too far away to get one. For example. If a buddy of mine owns 10% in a partnership, Is his ownership requir...
