Weatherbys have stopped licensing non TB stallions in the NTR now as glad we got in before they changed the rules ! it happened in 2012 Please clarify. This is really one of the last possible ways of introducing spots... along the same method as Heathers Tobiano really. Weatherbys in the UK have introduced Painted as the term for any horses registered with the GSB or NTR this applies to the frames in the UK as well as my tobianos it would also apply to splash whites and any sabinos as well
