And for the record the blind tirade that you have been on has made you blind to the fact that :? is NOT a smile. I didn't say it was. I said it was a smil i e, which is another word for an emoticon. If you're going to try correct me, learn to f*cking read. Yeah, now I am hostile because I'm as tire...

Yep, it's boring every single time it happens and yet here we are watching the train wreck over and over and over. Sheesh. Obviously it's not "boring" if you continue to read. At least, that's the impression you give when you POST TO THE THREAD, Tuc. If it's boring, don't read and don't post and do...

:? Bravo. How many PMs did you get telling you your control freak joke was only making you look bad, bay? Unfortunately, the smilie doesn't make you look any better. You'd've been better off deleting the post entirely. As always, you wanted to state your opinion, but don't feel anyone else should b...

Oh, never mind. I’m sticking with the thought that when people argue that it’s often hard for others to see who is actually acting like a jerk…I guess that means that I’ll join the rank and file of those that choose to ignore these posts. I chose to address each of your speaking points in a fair an...

Everybody is calmly posting about the topic at hand and this pops up… There is only "one" God I can't tell if your closed-mindedness is offensive or just sad, pembroke. I’m thinking, where did that come from? So, I go backwards and find this two-day-old post - one that was clearly still on topic an...

I think a lot of that comes from the Peter Pan Except he didn't run like a rabbit in the Peter Pan. He pressed the pace, but I think that's just his running style. I don't recall him ever actually having the lead. I'll have to watch it again to be sure. I think this is just a case of the media call...

Your tendency to play the victim or the "baited bear", as you've put it, is something I've noticed from the beginning of my participation in this forum. Love your logic, Tiz. So calling someone out when they are acting like an ass and trying to create drama is "playing the victim." Good one. ...

It depends on whether is is used as a rabbit or if his connections put a race plan together for him. And once again I feel compelled to point out that, as far as I know, NO ONE connected with Spark Candle has said that he's being entered as a rabbit for Casino Drive. Everything I've seen with the w...

Huh? I'm sorry, was that not clear enough, Tiz? Okay. You believe BD got banned because of me. You don't want me to be allowed to say anyone who believes that is ignorant of the situation. Sam, don't you think playing the victim is another indication of a pussified culture? Knowing that you are goi...

Seems to me that you get "remembered" because you use nasty, foul language Personally, I don't think much of people who get lost in attacking how a message was worded just because they don't like what it implies (or even directly says). It's a cheap distraction designed to obfuscate the real issue. ...

New stallions of 2008

Yeah, I see that stickied thread up there, but that was more a listing of who was retiring... I was just reading the Five-Cross Pedigree blog and looking at the different opinions of the stallions that started this year. Have to admit, haven't give much thought to most of the new stallions so was wo...

I think more than a few are having that problem by the sound of it.

Do you think if you pricked his finger, he'd ooze slime?

Re: Sam

Will a top 5 all time trip at Belmont give him the credit he deserves? From me? Knowing he won't race at 4 and will never face his elders at 3yo (assuming he wins in NY)? No. About the only way he'll get any respect from me is if he beats/equals Secretariat's time.* Doesn't have to win by a half mi...

I could tell you if I actually remembered who I voted for. I think I poked Tale Of Ekati just because Chuck cracks me up. Personally so long as it's a good RACE, not these bullshit cakewalks BB's done so far, I don't really care who wins. I just want to see a couple of horses challenge each other. I...
