Any horse show ASHA (or whatever it is called now) usually will accept a lip tattoo as proof.

I will agree with above posters-work jeans are going to be more likely to be 100% cotton than "fashion" jeans. I am of the opinon that is should be a three strikes you are out deal... You have 3 bad tests, you cannot be licensed any longer-that could scare some of these people straight. Don't understand the appeal process, the rules are not vague really..either the horse has a bad test or it does'nt. Trainer...
