My partner is in PA. The program there is great. We are distresed by shipping prices. It seems like we always find a horse in PA that fits in LA and vice versa.

Let me know what you think of Brahms when you see him.

Have you been to Elite to see My friend Max? Just wondered if you will go back to see Brahms and to compare.

If you know what state the mare was foaled in, you might try contacting that state's association. They should have a list of owners/breeders.

I "heard" a story that said he was going to Louisiana. That from someone who was planning on breeding to him. They, however, wouldn't tell me who they heard it from so it remains just a "story."

We like her with Midas Eyes. 4x4 Buckpasser in the 4th. generation produces great racehorses. Inbreeding to Neartic, same blood different strain. Plus you have the two great mares Wavy Navy and Busanda giving you inbreeding to War Admiral. We think Midas Eyes will be a good sire thru his Bayou Heber...

We don't like the direct Raise A Native cross here. It brings up too many unsoundness issues, try to stay away from this. Get a Northern Dancer cross instead. However, we do like the Moon Glitter on Better Self cross. inbreeding to Domino is always successful. You also get inbreeding to War Admiral ...

Nerd, yes, the painting is from that picture. The photo was taken by C.C. Cook. The original is in the Keeneland Library. They had never seen the painting until I faxed them a copy.
