Isn't there a form that you fill out before the sale saying you the owner want all the proceeds after the sale. And you will pay the agent after you get paid. That is what I always do.

My favorites are Art Sherman, John Anderson, Cliff Delima, John Martin, Allen Severinson. I know there are many others just can't think of them right now. These are honest people who will take good care of your horse. Not that others won't. I just know them personally

Well Michael I have to agree with you on that one. I have felt the same way about " fixing " crooked legs on foals. I sure do not want to be the one who buys a broodmare prospect who had this done and she consistantly throws crooked foals and I can't figure out why

The way I look at it is, WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY. Just have to figure out what will work. Never had a horse problem I couldn't solve !
