I used to live in Hobbs and Lovington. It never seemed cold to me because I was born and raised in Reno, NV and it was a much colder climate. I did however not miss NOT having scorpions, tarantulas and giaganormous centipedes though! I hope my poking tuc in the eye did not run 'em off. *bites nails*...
